If you’ve ever had to ask twice

Ask once.
It gets
done.

cami is an AI assistant for your whole team. Say what needs doing, and she puts a name and a date on it, reminds the right person, and tells you when it’s done. Nothing slips. Nobody chases. Nobody does it themselves at 11pm.

What actually happens

Nobody drops the ball on purpose. Here is how it drops anyway.

Follow one small ask from Monday to Thursday. Nobody does anything wrong. On Thursday, you pay for it anyway.

Mon · 09:12

You ask in the group. Someone says OK.

In passing, between two other things. It felt handled. Nobody wrote down whose it was or when it was due, because nobody ever does.

Mon · 09:14

Ninety messages later, it is gone.

To the person who said OK it was one line among a hundred. They meant it. Then their day happened, and the line scrolled out of sight. They did not forget, exactly. They never really had it.

Tue · all day

You assume it is in hand. They assume it was someone else’s.

Two reasonable people, both wrong, and nothing between them to say so. You do not check, because checking feels like nagging.

Thu · 09:00

“Where’s the deck?” “What deck?”

The deadline is the first moment anyone knows. Now it is an apology, a rush job and a client kept waiting — and whoever asked wears it upstairs.

Thu · 22:40

You do it yourself. Again.

It is faster than explaining. It is also how your evenings disappear, and how you become the one person everything has to go through.

Next week

You ask twice now. They feel watched.

You have started checking on everything; they have started dreading their phone. Neither of you wanted that. The work did not need more people. It needed someone to hold it.

What you actually want

Not another tool. Your evenings back.

You have probably tried a board. It went stale in a month, because updating it was a second job. What you want is simpler: hand a task over and know it will come back done — without asking twice, without a spreadsheet, without watching anyone.

To know it’s in hand without asking To find out early, not on the deadline To hand it over and mean it To never hear “I thought you were doing it” To stop doing it yourself at 11pm To be trusted, not watched To keep talking the way your team already talks
How it works

Same ask. Same group. This time it gets done.

Your team already asks for things in the LINE group. Keep doing that. cami joins the group, catches the ask, puts a name and a date on it, and reminds the right person until it’s done. No commands to type. No new app to open.

01

You ask, like always.

An ordinary message in the group, and an ordinary OK. Normally that is the last anyone sees of it.

02

cami catches it.

She is in the group like any colleague. She turns the ask into a card — who owns it, when it’s checked, how much it matters — and reads it back to you first.

03

You tap yes.

Nothing reaches anyone until you say so. That is what makes her safe to have in the group.

04

It gets done on time.

Maya sees it first thing, at the top of her list — not ninety messages up. Her own cami tells her, in her language, at her hour.

Meet cami

Everyone gets their own cami. And they talk to each other.

Yours knows your work, your hours and your language. She is the only one who speaks in your chat. Need something from a teammate? You don’t chase them — your cami asks their cami, who tells them in their language, at a good time for them.

THE ERRAND THE ANSWER S Sofia D Daniel M Maya L Leo

“Sofia asked me to check — is the budget line approved yet? She thinks it ties to the Q3 card you’re holding.”Daniel’s cami, in Daniel’s own chat · 15:40

Sofia never has to chase Daniel, and Daniel is never chased. Her cami hands the errand to Daniel’s own cami, who knows his cards and his history, and asks him in her own words, at an hour that suits him. His answer comes back the same way, word for word.

Nothing crosses without Sofia’s word Sofia pays for the whole errand Daniel answering costs him nothing
What she believes

She proposes. You decide.

You have met tools that flood the group, tools that decide for you, tools that quietly measure you. She does none of it. Every write that reaches another person waits for your yes. She can draft, rank, carry, chase and remember. She cannot approve. That one line is who she is.

She will
  • Draft the card from what was actually said, and read it back before it goes anywhere.
  • Rank your plate in the order it should be done, and say why.
  • Carry a word to a teammate’s cami — and carry the answer back, verbatim.
  • Follow what you are waiting on for days or weeks, and nudge once — never nag.
  • Wait as long as a real answer takes, and tell you honestly if it is running late.
She will never
  • Send anything in your name without your word.
  • Decide how urgent or how important your work is.
  • Speak in a group nobody invited her to speak in. Silence is her default.
  • Keep what you asked her to forget. “Forget me” reaches the backups too.
  • Sell a minute of what she sees. No analytics vendor is allowed anywhere near her.

Her north star

To uplift human productivity to the highest level — while the human still exist.

The one sentence the whole platform answers to. The first half has no ceiling. The second half is the gate the first may never trade against. We build in the years where human effort still moves the world — and every day a team spends on misrouted work and unread boards is a day of that window spent.

What you get

Eight things you get.

All of it works today, on the phone already in your pocket.

cami holding up a tablet with her own mark on it

Every task has one name on it.

One person owns it, others help, everyone else just knows. That is how every card is built, not a box somebody has to remember to fill in. A task with no owner is a wish.

The urgent thing finds you first.

Two questions, kept apart: how soon it’s due, how much it matters. As the date gets closer, the card moves up by itself. Past the date, it stops and asks you: do it, move it, or drop it. Nothing rots at the bottom of a list.

Friasks you: work it, re-date it, or drop it?

She writes the way your team writes.

Thai that keeps “Deck” in English. Japanese that takes テクノロジー. She mirrors your mix, message by message, and never sounds translated.

Your to-do list, every morning.

“Every morning at eight, my open cards.” Say it once, in any language. It arrives in your time zone, and stays quiet when there is nothing to say — if that is what you asked for.

No more scrolling back to find things.

Only in groups that let her read, and only for the work — never for how somebody sounds. What was three screens up is handed to you instead.

Big questions get real answers.

A whole-team analysis is a job, not a quick reply. She tells you when it will be ready, keeps working while you do, and says so if it runs late — never making up a time.

Already using Claude or another assistant? It can read your cards with a key that is yours alone. Every write still waits for your tap.

Under the fur

A colleague, not a feature.

Letting anyone into your team’s chat is a matter of trust. So, plainly: what she feels, what she remembers and what she says are made of things that actually happened between you — never invented. Here is how that is kept true.

cami in her reading glasses, listening
What nobody can copy

The count.

One secretary per person, and they talk to each other. Everywhere else, a whole company shares one helper. Yours is yours, and that cannot be watered down.

The memory.

What she knows of how your team really works, she learned from your team, with your consent, and forgets on your word. It exists nowhere else, and no one may buy it.

The character.

Her silence, her honesty, her respect and her forgetting are not moods. Each is a promise she is tested against before every release — and she cannot drift as a person without that release stopping.

She keeps notes
Who she is and what she knows, she brings with her. Who you are, and who she has become with you, she writes for you alone — from what actually happened, never from guesswork.
Propose, then confirm
She never holds the pen for the yes. The yes is your tap — one, never skipped, never faked. The ceremony shrinks toward a single yes and never past it.
She spends carefully
What you spend goes on answers, never on ceremony — and a question worth her full attention gets it.
She never stops learning
Every advance in her craft reaches you the day it exists, with nothing to reinstall and nothing on your board touched.
Nothing is lost
A message that could not be delivered is kept and tried again. A half-finished answer says where the gap is. An answer is never smaller than what you asked.
Forgetting is total
“Forget me” clears her notes on you, every conversation, every errand she carried, every trace of your visits — and every copy in the backups.
Where she lives
LINE today, on the phone already in your pocket, in the groups your team already has. And a door for the tools you already use, open the day you want it.
Her word is checked
Every promise on this page is a test she has to pass before she ships — each one deliberately broken first, to prove the test catches it. A promise written down goes stale. A promise tested every day cannot.
Start

Start in three minutes.

Nothing to set up. Nobody to train. Nobody to persuade. Your team keeps talking the way it already does.

1

Add cami to your group

Invite her the way you would invite a colleague. She says nothing until she has something worth saying.

2

Say what needs doing

In any language your team already uses. She reads it and drafts the card — a draft tells nobody.

3

Confirm who it’s on

She asks who owns it, when it’s checked, and how loudly to send it. Nothing reaches anyone until you say yes.

Then, under your thumb

One menu. Five rooms.

The moment she is added, this is what your team sees at the bottom of the chat. Nothing to learn, nothing to configure.

  • Assistantyour own cami, in your language, one tap away
